I can’t believe I finally got ‘er done! (long sigh) I can breathe a bit, knowing my little hot box of crostini thoughts are now public for the world to enjoy!

I kid you not, I’ve been completely obsessed with crostini appetizers for months now. If you’ve gotten to know me even a little, you already know I am a huge fan of those yummy finger foods!

Crostini appetizers are my favorites, because they are so easy and versatile. You can put together any kind of quick snack or offering, as long as you have a baguette nearby.

And I do mean, anything!

I simply didn’t know just how many of you also had the same sort of sentiment as myself!

There’s so many little things that actually go into the art of making a delicious crostini appetizer (though they are also very easy things to implement).

It’s not just the toppings…the condiments…the level of toasting on the bread…

It’s all of it combined!

You could have some really delicious gourmet ingredients in your pantry, but if you are using a crappy baguette, you won’t be happy.

The same is true for having a quality piece of bread in your home and nothing worthy to top that lovely toast, with :/

  1. This looks really great! I love having ‘girl dinner’ sometimes where my plate is made up of little items to snack on. and it is my son’s birthday in Aug. Think this would go wonderfully. 🙂
