Many of us have owned a planner at least once in our lives. It may have been a weekly planner, work planner, or even an event planner. Planners help us to remain focused and organized when it comes to the various details of a specific thing. The organization of course, leads to accomplishing your goal in an efficient manner, whatever that might be.
I don’t think I’ve had more than 1 or 2 planners in my life. They were monthly planners that I ultimately threw away, because I could never stick to the habit of actually using them. I’ve always taken the approach of placing numerous sticky notes where reminders and appointments are concerned. Horrible organization method, but it kind of works for me.

Law Of Attraction
A few months ago, I wrote an article on the law of attraction, how it works, and ways in which you can more easily manifest your desires in real life. In my article, I mentioned I might move forward with taking the time to create a vision board. I did do this, and placed significant focus on my desires.
It took a very brief amount of time before I started to see certain desires manifest themselves in reality.
For instance, I set a pretty high bar on the number of pageviews I wanted to achieve on my site within a certain amount of time. I almost got there very quickly. One pinterest pin of mine completely took off, which naturally drew more traffic to my other pins, leading back to my website. I truly was impressed by how quickly little things started to move into position, that got me further along the road to achieving my goal.
A New Type Of Planner
Then I ran into that jam that so many of us do. Life threw me a bit of a curve ball that sent me spiraling right back into that dark world of doubt. It wasn’t for lack of trying. That’s the point. I thought I was well on my way to manifesting some really great things and so I couldn’t understand why the universe seemed to want me to go backwards.
Of course that dissappointment led to more negative thoughts, which led to more frustrating moments, and so on.
I decided instead of giving into the doubt and skepticism, I would try another, more fundamental approach. After doing some reasearch, I settled on yet another planner.
This time it is a life manifestation planner…a tool of sorts. I thought maybe writing down my feelings, goals, and strategies for achieving them, might help me to maintain that focus when the doubts try to seep in again.
I spent quite a bit of time looking through the various law of attraction planners and journals out there, before finally choosing one. Some of the journals I found were in depth about certain aspects of manifestation, but not others. Some had way to much detail and felt overwhelming. In the end, I chose one that did a little bit of everything.
The journal I chose starts off with in depth guidance on how to change your way of thinking, in order to allow manifestaton to occur. If you don’t succeed in changing your overall way of thinking, that little voice will always come back to trip you up. I said, “To hell with this. Voice be gone!”
It’s still there sometimes, but a whisper now.
My Manifestation Planner
Anyway, since so many of you found an interest in my previous article on manifestation, I thought I would take a moment to share with you the details of the exact journal I have begun working with. You may want to check it out for your own manifestation journey!
The first thing I’m going to point out is the quality of the materials used for the book. I love the rose color I chose and the intricate embossing on the cover, featuring astrological signs and inspiring words.
The binding and stitching is firmly in tact and the pages are of thick quality paper. The book overall is quite durable. That combined with the detailing and all of the extras that came with it, makes this book one of the nicest journals I have ever come across.
The Pages and Exercises
On the first page of the book, there is an inpirational quote from Gandhi, followed by a page for your overall life mission statement, and a couple of blank lined note pages after that. Those pages are followed by a law of attraction roadmap and a fold out refernce guide for improving your emotional vibration with associated affirmations and action steps.
Pretty cool, huh?
The next couple of pages are all about self discovery, more in depth mission statements and goal setting.
These pages took a little while to fill out, but it was fun. They help you to really narrow down who you are, your goals, and what you ultimately want to become. Using those prompted questions and excercises to better understand what you are shooting for, is the foundation for manifestation to occur.
With that foundation in place, you can see more clearly, the obstacles blocking your way and alternative ways of reaching your desired destination.
This section of the book really is eye opening, as well as encouraging. The encouragement comes from knowing yourself a little better and feeling more confident in knowing what you actually want in life, and your skills that could help get you there.
Strategy
From there, the book moves on to excercises focused on strategy, so you can begin mapping the route to your dream life.
The book then breaks it all down further, by month, week, and day. There is a fill in calendar for each month, followed by a daily schedule with tracking features for weekly priorities, positive habits, and rewards for achieving the week’s goals.
Who doesn’t like to treat themselves at the end of the week? By allowing yourself a small reward for the effort, you are encouraging yourself to keep going in that direction.
At the each month’s section, there are a couple of pages with prompts for reflecting on the month, as well as a couple of pages for note taking and mind maps.
The end of the book naturally has a “reflect on your year” section, followed by multiple pages for note taking and mind maps, strategy charts, etc. I don’t think there needs to be as many pages for note taking as have been provided, but I suppose depending on how detailed you plan to get, you may be able to find a use for them all.
The Features I Like The Most…
There are a couple of things I particularly enjoy about this planner. I love that there is a world map at the back and spaces for logging your top 20 favorite travel destinations. This section will definitely be used for manifesting some pretty cool vacations I have on my bucket list!
I really did enjoy filling out the beginning discovery section and goal setting. Seeing it all on paper helps me to keep my focus with a strategy in mind for achieving my goals. I also realized a few things about myself that I hadn’t before, skills I possess, and tools at my disposal.
The journal comes with a detailed instruction manual. I have to admit it was a bit confusing to follow, but only due to the order in which the directions are presented. Once you understand how you are being taken through the process as a whole, the instructions make sense and are quite helpful.
(Tip: I would read the entire manual once before writing in the journal, so you can better understand that process.)
Extra Goodies
Another nice thing about this journal, is the amount of stickers provided with positive affirmations, and for goal setting, and timeline tracking. There is no doubt you are being encouraged to personalize this planner with as much positive energy as possible.
In addition to all of that, coupons, courses, and other little freebies came with the package. And yes, I absolutely love the pretty bookmark and tassels they thought to include…Nice touch 😉
At the end of the day, I don’t think I will use the daily schedules, because I already have one on my computer. The spaces for writing in those sections, are also a bit small. The other parts of the book I find very useful and ultimately, a valuable tool for helping me to keep my eye on the prize, so to speak.
Changing your way of thinking isn’t easy at all. In fact, the first thing you are told to do in the intro video, is to stop watching the news. I concur…Lol!
Consistently replacing negative thoughts with positive, will take time. However, if used as it’s meant to be, I do believe this manifestation life journal will help me to be successful in achieving what I desire in life.
Final Thoughts
So my friends, if you have any interest in furthering your journey of manifestion, check out Freedom Mastery. They have a ton of different planners and journals, for different purposes. Some are intricate and some are more basic. Different sizes are available as well, for your comfort level. Great quality and the modest pricing is surprisingly low for what is included.
Happy Manifesting!
P.S. Let us know your thoughts and experiences with the law of attraction principles!
I do believe in the Law Of Attraction, but I also know that there is no attraction without action. The law of attraction always says that you have to take the right actions to achieve what you want.
This makes your planner a very useful tool to get started for anyone who wants to get going with the Law Of Attraction.
I agree. Without a way to hold yourself accountable for taking the right action steps, manifestation can not occur. Thank you for reading!
I love this! I definitely belive in the law of attraction and am ALLLL about the planners and journals. I’ll have to look into getting one of these!
I’m glad you enjoyed! They also have budgeting planners, 90 day planners and other styles to choose from. Thanks for reading!
